Compact machine to knit panels, fully fashion and shaped garments, jacquard
patterns and also accessories like shaped or jacquard collars and cuffs. Machine
with one carriage with two systems and full three way technique performing
variable intelligent course upon a needle-bed width of 130 cm. Electronic
selection on each single needle. The machine is equipped with the special
Steiger upper take-down. Cut needles with sunk butt. Available in gauges from E4
to E18/20.

Yarn carriers follow automatically the programmed selvedges of the knitted
fabric.

Stitch length:

Controlled electronically without limits that can be modified any time.

Yarn Ðcarriers:

8 yarn-carriers on 4 prism-bars. Yarn carriers are dropped -off automatically at
the edge of the design or selvedge.

Upper take-down Model Steiger:

Upper take-down 20 mm. from the verge of the needle-bed with programmable
rotation speed

Drive:

Adjustable brushless motor from 0 a 1,30 m/s. Drive control system that stops
the machine in case of excessive strain or shock of the carriage.

Security devices:

Security equipment as per EC regulations. All necessary devices to stop the
machine in case of yarn breakage, running out of yarn, knots, needle detecting,
fabric press-off, shock, stop-motion, etc.. Machine state light, reserve
battery.

Productivity:

Knitting and transfer speed maximum 1,30 m/s.

Selective over 80 mm. with possibility of correction.
