THE G 405/C Sectional Warper

The fixed cone sectional warper type G 405/C is designed and built to meet the new requirements of the market for working every kind of natural or synthetic yarn. The main characteristics that make it a reliable and durable machine are:

Modular construction facilitates all-round access to the reel during the various phases of operation and makes possible the insertion of complementary elements such as pressing and waxing devices. This fixed cone sectional warper has working speed of up to 800 metres is equipped with disk brakes on both sides.

The copying comb has an automatic feed devices for up to 1000 steps. The beamer is suitable for beams with maximum flange dia. 1000 mm (on request 1250 mm). Yarn tension can be preselected up to a maximum of 15000 N. An electronic device ensures gradual startup after any interruption of operation. A double hydraulic circuit is standard equipment allowing automatic setting of fixed warping and of adjustable beaming pressures.
