Multi-purpose basic looms

Multi-purpose basic projectile looms of the OJSC "Textilmach" are able to produce fabrics from yarns of practically any kind, also from cotton and woolen yarns, from natural silk, from threads of man-made fibers and blends, hard fibers (linen), and also from filaments, polypropylene and polyethylene monothreads.



The range of produced fabrics is diverse: from simple household ones, produced commercially, to minutely designed dobby and jacquard fabrics, one-colored and multi-colored, one-layered and multi-layered.



The base for producing such various fabrics is multi-purpose basic projectile looms, having the following technical characteristics:



reeding width 160, 180, 190, 220, 250, 280, 330, 360, 390 cm;

one- and multi-web weaving with minimal reeding width 40,5 cm with tucked-in selva-ges and any other width with leno selvages;

productivity up to 1100 meters of weft per minute;

linear densities of processed threads from 2,2 to 250 tex;

equipping with additional devices and motions to increase the loom opera-tion relia-bility, fabric quality, easiness in servicing: electronic feeders and weft controllers, electromechanical warp let-off systems from one or two beams, electromechanical cloth regulator with a possibility to produce fabrics with variable density etc.
