Technical Features :

Batching Device with Auto Edge guiding system

Photo sensor detects fabric edges and activates motorized hydraulic cylinder to shift batch rollers to align firm, straight edged packages.

The batching devices is installed Front / Behind the operator for convenient handling of fabric windup.

A two-rewind surface batches does not require a mandrel. Fabric is wound directly on to a paper plastic tube.

Various ratios on batching rolls maintain cloth roll hardness

Anti curling mechanism

One rubberized and one SS Roll for batching

Cloth can be fed to machine from batch roll.

2 HP AC Inverter drive system to synchronize the speed between inspection table and De-Rolling device for uniform Fabric Tension Control.
