The system is composed as follows:

Nr. 01 Stainless Steel AISI 316 supporting structure
Nr. 01Manifold with N° 15 dosing valves, three ways, in Stainless Steel AISI 316
( system already predisposed for future expansion to 25 products)
Nr. 01Magnetic flow-meter DN 25
Nr. 01 Lobe pump with delivery from 0 to 120 l/min.
Nr. 01 Hydraulic circuit for the washing cycle of the valve manifold and the delivery line
Nr. 01 Control cabinet with Touch-Screen terminal to input / recall recipes, matching recipe / machine, etc

The main features of the system are :

Simplicity of construction ( few moving parts therefore low wear )
Accuracy and repeatability
High speed dosing - 15 / 20 recipes /hr ( according to the type of recipe )
Reduced addition of water in the machine tank
Management and control through PC, for maximum flexibility and customizing
The volumetric system DVM has been developed to dose products with a maximum viscosity of 1500 CPS and a minimum electrical conductivity of 5 micro-Siemens.
