Cabinet Hank Dyeing Machine

DYEING MACHINE FOR YARNS ON HANKS / Atmospheric/Pressure 108°

Working temperature - 98/108°C Construction in stainless steel Aisi/316

These machines have been designed in order to obtain higher treatment temperatures with the aim to shorten working cycles and improve results by reducing power consumptions. Static pressure is got through a centrifugal electropump, with bath circulation between the machine and an air-free expansion vat.

It is possible to adjust pressure also with lower values and through a little exchanger, cool the recircle bath between the machine and the expansion vat when temperature exceeds 90°C. The same recircle circuit allows the introduction of dyestuff and chemicals into the machine during dyeing phases.
