Chemical Dispensing System

Adaptives DDS3000 Dispensing and Distribution System is a simple yet sophisticated system, designed for both batch and continuous operation. The system can have up to 180 products with upto 180 destinations.



Control is by way of an Adaptive Windows based industrial touch screen pc, which can be operated in a stand-alone mode or can be connected to third-party recipe-formulation systems for integrated dispensing.

The system works with the suppliers’ containers thus eliminating the need for any intermediate storage vessels.



The control system maintains stock of all products and will inhibit a dispense if there is insufficient product available. Operators are informed when stock levels are low and advised to restock the products.

The real-time mimic keeps the operator informed of exactly what product is being dispensed to which destination.



The system creates a history for each dispense in its industry standard database and past dispense data can be viewed and can easily be interrogated by external systems.
