Pad Steam Range




For shade consistency, control flexibility, and efficiency, Morrison
pad-steam dye ranges are custom-specified for your profitability. The typical
system above impregnates fabric at the Accu-Pad™, where it can then either
batch for pad-batch operation, or continue to the dye steamer (offered in 3
configurations) for faster development and color fixation.

Many variations of continuous dyeing ranges are possible, based on
predominant fabric type, construction, dye class, and varying running speeds
from 20 m/min. to 150 m/min. Wash section allows adequate compartments for rinsing, oxidizing, soaping, final wash and ph leveling. Vertical laced or patented Incline washers are specified per application to achieve the lowest liquor to cloth weight ratio and good end product results.
