Indicone-2000 Continuous Indigo Dyeing Range: The new continuous Indigo dyeing range type Indicone-2000 narrow gauge to dyeing a minimum number of yarns (from 480 to 960) to be used for knitting has been recently designed and developed by Jaeggli-Meccanotessile in cooperation with one of the most experienced manufacturer of line for the Continuous Indigo Warp Dyeing.
The process technology used in our line Indicone-2000 are the same used in all the traditional line for the continuous indigo line; the innovation consist in the take-up of the indigo dyed yarns (without any sizing) rewound directly on small beams for knitting by our special beaming station. The yarn sheet coming from repeated progressive dyeing and oxidation phases, after washing and dyeing, is divided in to bands of 40 yarns each and wound on to standard small beams suitable to be used directly on the strait knitting machines or rewound onto cone by means of our integrated winding system type RS-2000 composed of one high speed beam unwinder interfaced with a special electronic winder for the simultaneous winding of 40 ends.
