The THEN color kitchen system is a modular system, in order to meet all requirements in textile finishing. Starting with a weighing system with barcode scanner for products, which cannot be automatically fed, to automatic chemical dispensing for liquid products and a solving station for dyestuffs and pulverized chemicals all requirements can be covered.



The supervision through the Color Kitchen Manager provides for an exactly dosed supply of the machines at the right time, which prevents the inaccuracies of manual dosing, which otherwise could lead to off-shade dyeings and insufficient reproducibility. Apart from that the closed pipe system provides for a reduction of the dangers occurring for human beings and environment at using hazardous substances.



In the basic version the CHD chemical and auxiliary dispensing unit offers you a compact process-controlled measuring and distributing system for all liquid auxiliaries. The next expansion stage is the dyestuff supply via a parallel pipe system, with the dyestuffs being supplied into the distributing system via a recipe-controlled weighing station and the automatic dissolving station ADS.
