Turbosurf Dying Machines The turbosurf dying machines allow tension less atmospheric dyeing of tubular and open width fabrics such as knitted and woven fabrics. Terry fabrics and plush fabrics can also be dyed with excellent results.
Working Principle : The fabric is transported from the machine chamber to the "surf boards" over a winch that is located low enough to avoid tension on the fabric rope. The fabric floats in a high liquor amount with low fabric-to-liquor speed to the end of the surf board where the fabric is opened and plaited systematically to prevent knots and tangles.
Salient Features : Fully automatic operation using latest control systems for process sequences and valve operations. Capacity of 60 to 150 kgs per chamber (up to 6 chambers per machine) depending on fabric type. Several machines of varying capacity can be coupled through a flow-mixing pump.
