JIGG-TRONIC 1100

Electronic Jigger with electrical drive which involves a revolutionary system of
constant tension control. Its main feature is the precise adjustment of the
fabric tension, which is maintained constant throughout all process. To obtain
this control, a sophisticated computer program is used which regulates the
revolution speed of both motors, automatically adapting to the constant changes
of diameter of fabric rolls. This permits to eliminate traditional tension
detection systems such as compensators or load cells.



The main technical advances involved in this machine are:

Solid block structure completely made with AISI-316 Cylinders driving system by
means of servomotors commanded by servocontrollers which, in turn, are computer
controlled. Fully electrical opening and closing of doors. Possibility to
program the manufacturing process from a remote computer. Possibility to modify
the process program by means of computer connection "on line" with
TVE-ESCALE Possibility to reprogram the drive control system of the rollers by
means of a computer connection "on line" with TVE-ESCALE. Self
diagnosis system in the machine which informs of the moment and place when a
fault occurs as well as the time elapsed since it is produced until the operator
stops the machine and the ulterior repair of such fault.
