Model:FZ-6 / FZ-8 / FZ-12 - Wing Twisting Machine

* Application: Wing twisting machine for strong cords and ropes.

* Material to be Used: Paper / Artificial and Natural Fibres etc. for diameters up to 6 mm.

* Machine Specification:

• For bobbin sizes 12 x 8 or 12 x 6
• Electronically coupled drives of the receiver wings and draw-in rolls.
• Stepless control of the relative speed between both drives. Adjustment of the thread turning in the range of 30 - 250 turns per meter depending on the pre-adjusted turning direction S or Z
• The shaping is done by parted press sleeves.
• The twisted thread material will be winded parallel onto the following run-off bodies (double-welt bobbins)
• Exchange of the finished plate bobbins by emptying the bobbin bar
• Special guide and feeding elements with roll-up function and brake function (combined material feeding through roll-system with housing of the wire feeding)
• Combined electronically brake device with hysterese brake EBU 3 brake-control-unit for the complete system incl. electronically control parts.
