AirWasher - L2-00

The L2-00 washer is the results of in-depth research aimed at creating the latest generation of small dimension and high-efficiency components. The range is composed of two different types of washers, with a small number of standard elements assembled to become complete units, which can be used either individually or fitted together to form large systems. The traditional type washer was redesigned to reduce its length by more than 40%, but maintaining the same high performance and possibility of being used in installations provided with mechanical cooling. Such a significant design was possible also thanks to the introduction of the latest water filter to be fitted in the piping to the nozzle pump: the L2-03 is a self-cleaning filter, much smaller than traditional water filters and it requires little and simple maintenance. The SWS-type washer is the newest product currently proposed for textile installations. The reduced water and power consumption, together with its high efficiency, achieved with high pressure and the resonance effect, make it preferable to the traditional washer, at least for all those cases where severe temperature and humidity conditions are necessary. The saturation sections of both types of washer are totally interchangeable thanks to this feature future changes to the installation are possible, contributing to making even more versatile and convenient the entire range of new washers.
