The aim of dye padding is to get even application of dye liquor. During cold
bad patch, pad jig or continuous dyeing process, center selvage or end to end

Uniform Dyeing: With individual control of pneumatic pressure on each
bearing, absolutely even dyeing takes place without any center - selvage
variation.

Universal application: Automatic high circulation of dye liquor, additional
nip pool and four different possibilities of threading makes the machine
suitable for universal application of dyes from very heavy to very light cotton,
mixed or synthetic fabric.

Easy & fast cleaning: The economy trough provided with the machine is
independent of guide rolls and can be towered to reach out to the guide rolls
immersed in dye bath, thus making the cleaning very easy and quick. this avoids
long delays in between change of colour and increases productivity.

Inverter drive: A/C Inverter drive can be adjusted for machine speed in the
range of 10 to 60 m/min, thus making it universally suitable for all kinds of
fabric.
