The exclusive SIMA technology of four-for-one twists per revolution on the
compound rope layer model 500 represent the most advanced level of research
gained from many years of experience in the rope manufacturing industry. The
model 500 fulfills the most competitive and versatile solution and meets
customers requirements in the production of ropes from synthetic and natural
fibers. The four-for-one layer model 500 can achieve almost twice the
productivity of the traditional rope layers (two-for-one) and produces a very
high quality rope.
