Model: RH - Stenter
A stenter with horizontal circulation chain for quality finishing of plain-weave
fabrics, knitwear and heavy fabrics.
Independent fabric transport chain at each side giving the possibility of a
differential effect.
Fabric transport by means of clips, pins or a combination of clips and pins.
Speed from 0 to 150 metres/min.
Principal technical details:
Chamber ventilating fans driven by standard a.c. motors with variable speed
through converters or inverters. Result: energy savings and versatile operation.
The motors consume just the energy needed at any particular moment.
The same technology applies to the extractor fans, with the same results
regarding savings and operation.
All other motors on the machine are a.c. and direct drive. Chains, belts and
gears have been eliminated to avoid slipping, tensioners and lubricants, giving
maximum performance in all mechanical operations.
The chamber spindles are driven by motors which allow variations in chain width
inside the chamber, independently for each field. Operation is electronically
controlled by a programmed automaton, which supervises all electrical controls
to prevent chain damage through possible excess coning. All handling operations
may be totally or partially controlled via the cockpit control panel.
Filter system which may be removed from outside the chamber for cleaning without
machine stoppage, thus increasing drying production and performance.
Heating system to the customer’s choice: gas (1 or 2 burners), fuel oil, steam
or electricity.
By-pass for each ventilator with air shut-off to nozzles when the machine is
stopped, avoiding marks on the fabric and stopping the fan motors.
Optional programmable PC with memory capacity for all working parameters such
as: temperature in each field, chain speed, extraction, spindle-chain width,
etc, which may be recovered and reproduced via a code.
Personalised machine exits such as: contact winders for large rolls (beam truck)
with independent electronic drive, tension control and pressure regulation,
high-arm folder (folding device), special exits for knitwear, rising winding,
non-stop, etc.
