Double - Layer Stenter M/C Mod. " Dls 2002"

As the whole production of EFFEDUE, the new stenter with Double - Layer Stenter
m/c mod. DLS 2002 has been designed to process any type of fabric and knitwear
as far as it concerns the drying and thermo-bonding operations.

Main features/Advantages:

Designed according to the principle of the superimposition of two flat stenters.

Total flexibility in the management and complete independence for each linear
section having a length of 4,60 metres.

Parameters, controlled on each section and independent in the upper path/lower
path

- ventilation above / under the fabric,

- air temperature,

- working width,

Separation of the upper passage in the oven from the lower one by insulating
panels and two independent exhausters.

Halving of the floor requirements of the flat stenters.

OVEN

Each section is composed by two symmetrical units, that allow a perfect
balancing of the circuit .

Each section is composed by :

- Two centrifugal fans;

- Double heating system;

- Two filter sets, extractable type;

- Two groups of blowing units;

- Double exhaust conduit with shutting valves;

- Screw for the working width adjustment;



HEATING OF THE CHAMBER - indirect, by saturated steam batteries;

- indirect, by diathermic oil batteries;

MODULARITY OF THE OVEN SECTIONS

The total modularity allows to convey the two section units completely
pre-assembled. Advantage: a precise and quick installation on the final
customers site.

It is not necessary to realize any insulating basement thanks to the insulating
panels in the lower part of each section.

Advantage: saving in the installation costs and times.
