Automatic Blending & Storing Silos (Emitex)

The Silos Blender-Emptier Emitex is the most versatile and complete solution
concerning the fibres blend by lots. Its function is to cut vertically a lot of
fibres which has been horizontally distributed in a silo. Such work is
automatically performed.

Once the blending - emptying of a silo is finished, the Emitex moves back to its
initial position, ready to go another silo and re-start its task.

Composed of:

-Conveyor belt with steel pins to pull out the fibres vertically

-Fan inside the conveyor belt giving pressure to avoid fibres getting into the
conveyor

-2 fans for discharging the conveyor belt

-Transversal conveyor belt

-Collecting funnel guiding the fibres to the telescopic pipe

-Forward-backward and lateral displacement over rails through hydraulic group
regulated by temporizer and automat

-Hydraulic elevator of the telescopic pipe, for the lateral displacement

-Electronic panel centralized Automat type
