Kalabra Calender Machines

CALANDRA is a combined machine for through calendering and buffing/lapping of
fabrics and woven-non-woven, bobbins or sleeves (felts) with added buffing
roller. The machine can couple products of differing consistency/substance, for
example fabric + film.

Calendering and buffing/lapping machine.

Heating of the rollers by means of diathermic oil and a special system of
distribution and re-circulation of the oil.

Temperature as requested.

Calendering pressure as requested.

Bi-diretional working speed from 0 to 10 m/min.

Possibility of working to one thickness with control.

Safety system for fast opening.

Timer for rollers pre-heating. Our engineers study the most appropriate model
upon specific request.
