Automatic Spreading Machine With Programmable Control - A80/Ballerino:

The electronic cloth feed works through a synchronised device with the
translation of the spreading machine moreover it constantly controls the
unrolling speed of the cloth roll and its tension.



Composition Of The Spreading Machine:

Different cutting system:

a) Adjustable cutting system for cloths with reduced width

b) Whole cutting system for cloths with bigger width

Mechanical cutter;

This type of mechanical cutter replaces the electric one and it eliminates all
the problems included (motor carbons consumption - breakage of the busduct
etc...). When the cutting system works, the cutter unit moves together with a
blade diameter Ø 120, speed 2700 Rpm. The movement of this blade is possible
thanks to an interaction mechanism among the cutter units gears which are in
contact with the gearing chain.

Automatic lifting of the cutting system through motor reduction unit with
infrared photocell;

Alignment of the holder-roll turret through motor reduction unit with infrared
photocell command;

Rapid cloth feed through oscillating spoon;

Automatic cloth presser through solenoids;

Wheels in vulkollan which minimise friction and noise;

motor mounted ( permanent magnets ) connected with four driving wheels, with the
possible speed regulation both for cloth spreading and recovery. Max. speed 70
Mt./m;

Footboard with life safeties at the ends of the machine.

Automatic stop device in case of any alarm during the different stages of work;

Electro-mechanical scaler;

Jump of the back ramp in order to facilitate the cloth roll load and unloading
from the spreading machine during the hill spreading;

All the functions of the spreading machine are guided from PLC;



The testboard is composed of a membrane keyboard in which it is possible to
programme the different functions of the machine. All functions and different
alarm are shown on the keyboards display.
