Compacting Machine - Model: 900E-900V

Compactors mod. 900, 907 and 911, with double compacting roller, are equipped
with the most sophisticated technologies in order to obtain an exceptional
dimensional stability control of knitted fabrics and ribbons. They are supplied
also with steam heated cylinders, with characteristics very well known all over
the world. On the other hand the versions equipped with cylinders heated by
resistance in vacuum diathermic oil bath (patented Monti Antonio Spa), have the
important advantage of being able to reach 220°C : besides compacting 100%
cotton, they can heatset synthetics and blended fabrics (elastic jersey, lycra,
polyester, cotton/acrylic). Mod. 907 (open-width) can be completed with a tenter
frame in entry, which grants quality and great productivity : thanks to its
excellent total length (8,5 m.) and a conic field of m. 4, it allows soft
opening of textiles.
