2002-12 - 2 beams:

The intelligent electronic control of the wrapper’s tension in made by means

of electronic loading cells (TMTSYS) constant and long life standing tension’s

values in spite of occasional mechanical wearing of the machine.The wrapper’s
winding values are automatically implemented during the

winding process according to a mathematic curve.

Thus to eliminate the differences between the the beginning and

the end of the fabric’s batch.The centring action of the wrapper, by means of
an step-less alternate

axial movement (TMTSYS), prevents the wrapper’s edges become baggy and

keeps a uniform width wise tension of the wrapper it self; thus increasing

the workinglife of the wrapper and avoiding process differences between

centre and edges of the cloth.
