ZEPHYRA - Finishing Machine for your specific fabric touch

ZEPHYRA is a machine in rope form to finish wovens or knits after bleaching,

dyeing or printing. ZEPHYRA uses the air which is inside the machine to transport the fabric inside the machine, and in the same time to open it and to have an air action on the fabric. As there is no other mechanical driving system in the machine, air allows very high speed of the fabric to improve the "tumbler" effect. The fabric is also open by the air inside the nozzle, so the "tumbler" effect is in both directions. During the wet process the air transportation of the fabric and the opening of the fabric avoid the creases of the rope process. ZEPHYRA is the ideal machine for Tencel(R) or Lyocell(R) fabrics (wovens or knits)





ZEPHYRA allows the following functions:

- "tumbler" effect on dry fabrics

- wet treatments as enzymatic treatments or finishing treatments (to improve by chemicals the air effect)

- drying of the fabrics after the wet process in the same machine.
