Features

Computerized intermittent feeding control

Mounted on each side of the machine is an unwider and a rewinder with servo motor which is a analyzed by computer to automatically control the feeding and pulling speed, it also conducts accurate intermittent movement.



Human Machine Interface (HMI)

A comprehensive programmed machine-user interactive communicating screen (HMI) provides easily understandable instructions. Even a new operator could select the desired options with ease. A complete user friendly design resulting in reduced cost and time spent in training.



Efficient Ink supply system

A micro adjusting knob controls the interlocking ink transfer roller to supply the precise amount of ink. When adjusting the print speed, the operator simply adjust the knob to supply the appropriate measure of ink. It is not necessary to remove the rollers, whilst the ink fountain is being cleaned.



CE Approved safety features

No matter when or where the machine is operated, the operator is protected by the safety devices, which conform to the CE safety standard, incorporated in all rollers and moving parts.



All purpose plate cylinders
