Transfer printing machine operating through the transference of special inks
which have previously been printed on paper in one or several colours, and which
are placed by sublimation on any type of fabric made of synthetic or natural
fibbers.

0 to 12 m./min. speed by means of 4 HP. motor of variable speed.

500 m/m. heating cylinder.

Adjustable temperature for the different types of fibbers up fo 230 °C. with an
accuracy of + - 2°C. on all the cylinder surface.

Heating by 18 electric resistances fitted inside the cylinder, bathing in
thermal oil and under compensated pressure.

Contact pressure of the paper and fabric against the heating cylinder by
means of endless cloth, resisting temperatures over 250 °C., and assembled on
passage cylinders, one of which presses through pneumatic cylinders, with an
adjustable pressure up to 200 gr./cm2

Automatic guiding device for the endless cloth.

Unrolling devices for fabric and paper.

Fabric expanded motorised with 1 HP. motor, for knitted fabrics.

Rolling device for used paper.

Two contact unrollers to enable an easy exchange, each one fitted with speed
control of the rolling pull.
