Raising rollers made of a carbon fibre tube and steel end journals with double support.

Raising rollers driven by two sets of three V-belts each. Their tension is adjusted and controlled by a pneumatic system which can be quickly excluded when badly executed seams go by or if the fabric being processed should tear.

Fabric tensions may be adjusted directly from the control panel which also indicates the current value.

Possibility of making only the drum or only the rollers rotate so as to be able to semi-automatically load the fabric in the first case or carry out maintenance or substitute the rollers gaskets in the second case.

Gasket cleaning by means of two brushing rollers which rotate in synchrony with the drum, driven by toothed belts and equipped with a simple device to fall into step with the raising rollers and another device to disengage the rollers in case the fabric should tear, and consequently stop the machine.

Intake hood for process scraps.

Fabric drawing and raising rollers as well as the drum are driven by a.c. motors independently controlled by inverters.

Control panel which includes a switch to quickly zero the force of the raising rollers.

Process parameters may also be adjusted when machine is not working.

Switchboard separated from the machine to avoid any vibration and leave the mechanical parts more accessible.
