Raising Machine  Roller-Raising Machines - Müller-TRI 24/TRI 30

The machines are employed for raising a pile on textiles. There is a broad application spectrum. From non-elastic wovens to especially elastic woven fabrics, but also tuftings, non-wovens of natural and chemical fiber for the production of blankets, plaids, velour, velveteen, duvetine, flannel, napped underwear fabric, upholstery cover fabric, carrier fabrics for coatings, linings, imitation fur or furnishing fabrics.



Both machine types, the 24-roller as well as the 30-roller raising machines, are designed for pile-counterpile normal raising and can be used in the following raising processes:

Pile-counterpile-CONTRA

Full felting-NORMAL

Full felting-CONTRA



Exact and constant fabric tensions can be adjusted and kept for high fabric speeds

The adjustment possibilities allow optimal adjustment of aggressive raising to especially gentle raising
