The machine incorporates the latest Schlentercuttinghead.

The cloth table is the latest in the drop away design to allow for seam jumping

Push buttondepth of cut adjustment with L.C.D. indicatior.

Cloth speed control via. D.C. reduction drive with L.C.D. indicator.

Cloth tehsion control via a P.I.V. gearbox unit, with L.C.D. indicator.

Pneumatic knife sepration for ease of sharping ledger blade.

Pattern shear bed allows an infinite range of sheared designs over a 180mm repeat.

Hollow or solid shear cylinder design to suit end use.

Variable speed cutter to allow a wider shear range for various fabric types and qualities.

Automatic felt lubricator set to a manual or automatic mode to suit volume of usage.

Scroll roller and scroll unit to eliminate edge curl prior to shear.

Beater roller to remove waste from reverse side prior or shear.

Pile brush to align irregular fibers or loops prior to shear.

Seam detection to detect bulk or metallic thread.

Metal detector, tandematics and belt unncurler supplied to request.

Standard width 2.2 metres, other width must be specified.
