Model: FLEECESLIT - Slitting Machine 

The FLEECESLIT is an off-line machine used for the fabrication of materials,
which are sensitive to tension and pressure.

During the entire rewinding process, crucial operation conditions are
maintained. Tension and pressure remain constant, even during the critical
acceleration and deceleration phases. This leads to permanent, optimal winding
quality because the material will be neither be stretched or compressed.

Winding principle: Surface drive by contact roller, centre drive by winding
shaft

Unwinder: Surface drive throughout the winding diameter, no centre drive

Windingshafts: Pneumatically chucking winding shafts with centre drive

Roll change: Rectangular cut at standstill, application to prepared core without
wrinkles, solid roll built-up through permanent contact with the surface roller
from the first to the last layer

Longitudinal cut: Scissors-cut, crush cut, blade cut

Rewinding diameter: up to 2.500 mm

Working width: up to 3.000 mm
