Webs made of cotton and its mixtures with polyesters etc. require this important kind of finishing. Not only the aforementioned textiles, but also many other fabric qualities are given a soft,wool- like a smooth handle. they receive skin- friendly wearing quality and a tight flannel or peach skin effect. The machine consists of 5 individually driven sueding rollers to obtain flexibility by working one or more rollers. Rotation to this rollers can be with or against fabric run to optimise the sueding effect evenness all over the fabric surface. This is also achieved by adjusting the warping angle of the fabric on to each single roller with the help of tension bars. Each rollersis also printed with the system allowing to reduced as much possible the non suided fabric surface whenever necessary. A self cleaning dust exhaust unit sucks the dust and fibre from the rollers avoiding pollution to the working area.
