The PillGrade system is a 3D fabric scanning

system that uses patent-pending technology to

objectively and repeatedly grade fabric swatches

for surface properties. The system outputs

pilling and fuzziness data, in addition to the

1.0 - 5.0 pilling grade according to both ASTM

and ISO standards. Due to LineTechs unique

approach to vision inspection, the PillGrade

system can be used to scan and grade fabrics of

any weight, color and pattern.
