Preparator Of Dyeing Bath For Continuous Machines

Automatic Bath Preparator Up To 1 Lt. Volume

Target of this equipment is the automatic preparation of small dyeing batches,
both for continuous laboratory dyeing machines and for small capacity
production/sampling machines.

According with the recipe to be dispensed, the system will send the liquor dosed
to an external round park, accessible for the operator to pick it up and
introduce the dyeing bath in the selected destination.



Double position for weighing/dissolution

This double head extremely speeds up the productivity of the machine. While the
system is weighing the dye in one beaker (located on the scale), the other is
accomplishing the dissolution process.

The solution obtained is then automatically transferred (only for the required
volume of the preparation) to the external pitchers that are parked in the
integrated carousel.

The parking rotates and stops in one position where it’s installed a loading
cell. This position weighs in the pitcher the prepared solution and also the
liquid auxiliaries/alkali, when required.

The liquid auxiliaries are stored in 2 lt. capacity tanks on top of the machine.
