DOS&DYE® COMPACT (brevettato)
DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCT
The DOS&DYE® COMPACT is a completely automated system for managing and
performing laboratory dyeing tests, extremely simple and compact.

This special system, suitable for performing laboratory sampling, consists of
a machine for the automatic dispensing of dyestuff and chemical product
solutions (choice of a number of models: Dosorama V – W – WS), combined with
one or more dyeing unit modules.

Each module consists of 8 TURBODYE dyeing units; a Dosorama dispensing
machine can manage up to 3 modules, making a total of 24 TURBODYE units.

These dyeing units have been studied and developed by TECNORAMA to obtain
dyeing results that are as close as possible to actual production, i.e. capable
of generating the closest correlation between laboratory results and those
obtained in full-scale production.

The dyeing unit consists of a forced bath circulation system involving the
use of a magnetic turbine.

Each TURBODYE unit operates independently. Heating, cooling, bath discharge,
machine opening and closure, water, dyestuff and chemical product supply
operations are all completely automatic and handled separately by a special
software installed on a centralised PC.

Different work schedules can thus be carried out in the various dyeing units,
just as for industrial production, and the entire work cycle can be followed
step-by-step, with the possibility of checking all phases of the dyeing cycle,
even after many days, via the history file, which contains all processes
performed by each dyeing unit.

Each module has a parking unit where samples to be dyed and those already
dyed are stored in up to 40 containers. A robotised system has the job of
loading and unloading samples from the parking unit to the dyeing unit and vice
