The RBNV 550 is an international bestseller with over 100 machines in
operation worldwide.

Loris Bellini answer to rapid delivery of small batches and automatic color
reproduction has brought to the engineering of a small dyeing machine operating
at variable loading (10-15-20- 25-30 kgs) in conditions of almost perfectly
constant liquor ratio and flow rate.

RBNV 550 operates on a large variety of supports and textiles:

• Rigid yarn packages

• Compressible yarn packages

• Worsted tops and bumps

• Ribbons and zippers

• Loose stock fibres.

Operation by interchangeable carriers.

Packages with diameters 190 mm. and 245 mm. use same carrier and removable
spindles. Rigid packages are loaded in layers.

The machine can load up to 5 packages traverse 6. Locking caps are gravity
type and fitted on M16 mm, threaded spindles. Liquor level is controlled by
DP-sensing continuous level probes for stepless level adjustment. Packages are
fully flooded for bidirectional liquor circulation. The upper volume of the RBNV
550 free from packages is air-pad pressurized. The machines operates at high
temperature 140C, static pressure 5 Bar. RBNV 550 is installed at floor level on
a stainless steel platform. Supporting platform is fixed at the floor by simple
expansion bolts.

Construction is pre-packaged and self-contained including accessories as:
circulation pump, dye add tank, automatic valves, drain valves, independent and
separate tubular heat exchangers.

RBNV 550 has a “big top” closing lid with pneumatic lifting and lowering
with locking device at mans height for easy internal inspection.

A single machine handles batches of different quantities of yarns (10-15-20-
25-30 kgs) which would otherwise require the purchase of several under-exploited
machines of different sizes.

Liquor circulation is by helicocentrifugal pump designed and developed with
CAD-CAM techniques to ensure high liquor flow rates at high head pressure. The
pump is operated by Inverter (stepless AC motor speed control by power frequency
converter) based on DP manometer or ADPS automatic differential pressure control
system..

Pump is also completely made of AISI 316 stainless steel and fitted with
maintenance-free, uncooled mechanical seals. Automatic liquor flow reversal
(In-Out-In) by built-in reversal device with oleo-pneumatic control. Loris
Bellini manufactures also the versions RBNV 620/975 (40 kgs) and RBNV 680/975
(50 kgs) as well as customized sizes.

Standard accessories:

HT sampling device. Automatic valves for all functions (fill, drain, overflow
