YARNTESTER : optimum computerised quality control of spun yarns.

Our line of laboratory equipment for Technical Centres, spinners, weavers, knitters and yarn users are as follows :

SLIROTESTER : the quality begins by those of slivers, roving and coarse yarns. Automatic evenness tester for spinners of cotton or sundry fibres (synthetic or natural), it enables to control the quality and to control the production.



YARNTESTER : complete robot for the final control of the spinning. It is also very used in weaving, knitting mills and in the textile research or testing centres.

Multifunction

Yarn count, optical and capacitive evenness, twist, strength-elongation are the measurement functions reassembled on this equipment. They are completed by an analysis of the results, comparisons with standards and printing of the results according to the operators requests.

An objective quality certificate is thus printed by the YARNTESTER and highlights the checked productions.

The standard measurements can be completed with investigation functions on the degree of twist (software LTD) or on the quality inside the single bobbin (LEB software). Applications outside the usual routine controls reinforce the equipment pay back.



Full Automation

The integration of the different functions into a same robot optimises the control and warrants its objectivity. The quality control is maximum and the costs are minimised. The investment is reduced and the laboratory operating becomes easier. The computerisation enables to maintain a high flexibility.



Modular

The equipment can evolve with the addition of measurement functions. The
YARNTESTER as well as the SLIROTESTER are available in several combining
versions.
