advanced with the outstanding high speed,
energy savings, and wide versatility. The "ZW408 Water Jet Loom" is in
pursuit of true user-friendliness. [Basic abilities]
The ZW408 was developed through know-how based on manufacturing 100,000 water
jet looms and our endless challenge to increase speed and to enlarge
versatility.
High speed:
Tsudakomas original sturdy frame structure realizes reduced vibration, and
stabilized filling insertion and beating motion during high-speed operation.
Fabric quality is kept high.
Versatility:
By adopting the robust frame structure, rigid let-off and take-up, the cloth
fell position is stabilized, enlarging the weavable range from thin to
middle-thick fabric. Even with dobby motion, vibration is low, so the ZW408 can
weave fabrics of complicated or unbalanced construction easily.
The filling insertion angle is enlarged by improvements in the beating curve.
Filling insertion for thick and twisted yarns or Shingosen is more stabilized
and value- added fabric can be woven.
Furthermore, weaving is greatly improved even on a fabric which easily generates
warp looseness during weaving.
Energy conservation:
The rush start motor that saves electricity, the storage blower that changes its
force, and a more durable mechanical cutter have achieved great energy savings.
Soft picking allows the loom to operate steadily, with less water jetting. It
improves fabric quality by avoiding damage of warp and reduces water consumption
at the same time.
The advanced type from P-type nozzle is employed. Jetting water focuses further,
stable operation with less water is realized, and soft picking, gentle on the
warp and the filling, is attained even in high-speed operation. It is especially
useful for one-color taffeta weaving at high speeds. The stabilizer lasts much
longer.
Easy operation with the iT-Board (touch panel) (Option):
Complicated control data for the ELO and the ETU to prevent stop marks are
entered easily by the fewest key strokes on the iT-board. The operating status
can be easily understood to make response quick. The iT-board can also be used
as a link unit for the TCCS for integrated mill control.
