Horizontal- operating warp machine carrying 2x8/12/16/24 yarn cones, inteded for
the continuous covering with a layer of knitted fabric of plastic-,silicon-and rubber tubing and developed for online operation between 2 extruders.

machine-Specification:

- Both units can be used as knitting machine separatly and can also run a
catapillar on itself.

- Direct feed of the tubing through the machine at a height of 1 meter.

- Tubing haul-out effected by either a caterpillar haul-out device (600 mm,
long/90 mm wide), special sizes are possible.

- Stitch or knock length are electronically selected and monitored

- Step-free frequency-modulated motor drive, using 2-Quadrant drive technology

- Solid, stable machine construction, with full-noise-suppressant guards, to
ensure safe and quiet machine operation.

- All revolving machine elements are mounted on ball races and are therefore
maintenance-free.

- The needle butts run in a grease bath.

- A special yarn feed system, with yarn end detectors guarantee an even stitch
or folding pattern(patented).

- Both folded and unfolded yarns can be used.

- One compressed air operated brakes for each machine ensures that the machine
is brought to a stop within 1 second, even if the mains power and air supply
fail.

- Folding- heads can be exchanged quickly and easily, using the swing-in device.

- Stitch size and tolerance, machine operating speed,production speed, length of
production, operating hours, etc. can all be shown on display. Other options are
also possible. The machine can ex-change data with a central computer, via a
24-V distributor.

- Electrical equipment and wiring conform to CE standards.
