Open Width Singeing Machine For Knitted & Woven Fabrics

The Singeing Machine produced for open width fabrics, is an outer surface
operation to beautify the appearance of the fabric and developing the features
of the next producing processes. The same operation can be applied to the inner
surface of the fabric.

THE MACHINE CONSISTS OF 7 UNITS;

- Openers & Centering device,

- Cleaning & Brush Unit,

- Opener & Singeing Unit,

- Cleaning & Beating Unit,

- Cyclone Unit,

- Spark Extinguishing Unit,

- Plaiter Unit.

OPERATION PRINCIPLE :::

The fabric advances with the means of the stimulating cylinder, openers and
centralizing unit and moves to the singeing unit after being cleaned from fibres
and lints by the means of a powerful vantilator . In the singeing unit, front
surface or both surfaces of the fabric is burned by the means of the openers and
then it moved to the cleaning and beating units. Here, the dirt or residue
arising from the singeing is transferred to the cyclone unit.

Sparks which may occure are extinguished and the fabric is taken to the
carrier with the means of the Plaiter unit.

FEATURES::

- PLC system which can shows the defects of reasons,

- The lenght and degree of the flame can be adjustable, according to the
features of your fabrics,

- The singeing units can be adjustable up to 600 ,

- The dancing cylinder can be adjustable according to how far away the fabrics
is from the flame ,

- The machine automatically stops when gas and air pressure are either above or
below

- the min. or max. values,

- Warning and safety system for the gas leak.

MECHANICAL DOCUMENTS::

In order to increase the performance of the machine and to reduce mechanical
defects to minimum, bearings were used in abundance as much as possible and its
measurements as large as possible.

Main body and cylinders of sparks extinguishing unit are produced of A ISI 304
quality Chrome Nickel, stainless steel.

The dancing cylinders which exposed to excessive heat are wheted and covered
with 150 micron hard chromium.

The machine is painted with powder coating and oven dried at 1900 C.
