UNIblend A 81 – Dosed Fibre Blending

At least two and at most eight individual components can be specifically mixed
in any ratio you like. Since the blend ratio is so easy to adjust, this process
makes it possible to achieve excellent homogeneity and is also extremely
flexible. The UNIblend A 81 dosing blender combines all the advantages of the
previous dosing and homogenising processes in one. In addition, as a special
feature, it is also possible to split the line after the dosing blender with up
to four different carding trains, each of which can contain a different blend
ratio of the same components.
