SM9-3W - Double Knit Electronic Circular Knitting Machine

Double Knit Electronic Circular Knitting Machine for rib knitting fabric to
be applied to garments for underwear, as well as to outerwear, sportswear,
beachwear, sportswear, sanitary wear, both in continuous tubular fabric and
separated pieces, having single welt and separation yarn.

It is possible to knit all different types of rib as well as of Inlaid
structures, due to the availability of needle-by-needle individual selection on
the cylinder on three technical ways, whereas on the dial the selection is done
on two technical ways (with miss needle - knit or miss needle - tuck) and
transfer position.

Type Of Selection :

Two mono magnets on all cylinder feeds : on is positioned on the dial feeds, the
other one on all the transfer positions.

Stripping Yarn fingers :4 colour yarn fingers on each feed.

Take- Down :electronic winding-up roller : possibility of fabric take-down and
roller tension programming in an independent way according to the sizes.

Stitch Formation Cams :

Stitch formation adjustment through step motors in an independent way, on each
feed with possibility of loop windening, tightening and shadings on the same
course (Santoni Patent)

Feeders : 2 SFE Meminger per feed.

Yarn Sliding Sensor :

n 1 sensor UFS-IRO Memminger, mechanical type, on each yarn finger (32 sensors
in total).

Machine Movement / Cylinder Rot.

Brushless motot and electronic handle for manual movement.

Electronic Controller

2004 integrated board for the serial checking of all exits, protected form short
circuit.

Available RAM memory : 2 MB.

Programming :

Software Digraph 3 plus package including Atlas, Quasr, Photon, Galois. The
Programs can be transferred to the machine through the computer cable or through
disquette with FDU-2 reader.

Consumption :

Absorbed power : 2,2 Kw for motor. Compressed air 50 liters per minute at 6 Bar.
