Loom. Since this is a compact machine, it does not require a big room. With

We have made the full-dress investigation about weaving. Regarding the uses
and functions against weaving as well as the requirements of individual
fashions, they are diversifying day by day. We firmly believe our D-1 type Air
Jet Weaving Loom meets the various needs. We have designed this machine aiming
at not only Sample Weaving, Small Lots Weaving but also Mass Production Weaving.

Since we have adapted not Dobby or Cum but Jacquard, you do not need to
re-change the Warp Yarn to get it through Heald or Dropper even if weaving
structure is changed. Your digital data such as Design, Photo Picture, Weaving
Structure, etc., are transmitted by way of RS232C directly to our D-1 type Air
Jet Weaving Loom. Less Space and Less Energy Consumption Normally, the height of
other manufacturers machines is more than 4m; however, our D-1 type is only 2.6m
Our unique needle selecting system realizes less electric energy consumption
compared to other systems. Since we have been manufacturing of both Weaving Loom
and Electronic Jacquard, you do not worry about the matching between Loom and
Jacquard. Work Efficiency and Safety Margin We have designed D-1 type not to
require an expert operator initially. Therefore, even if you do not know how to
run our D-1 type, you can operate our D-1 type after taking a couple of lessons.
Safety Margin relating to Operating Stuff is naturally considered. An accident
caused by miss operating is also considered. We have designed D-1 type not to
happen a serious machine trouble caused by miss operating as well as heavy warp
yarn breakage. Noise from Weaving Loom is one of new and old problems. However,
we have succeeded in reducing it considerably compared to others.
