Zimmers jigMATIC™ jig-dyeing machines are the result of many years of
research and close cooperation with our customers.All jigmatic™ machines are
equipped with an industrial touch screen controller and driven by state of the
art electronic drive system at constant tention and speeds up to 200m/min.Operator
friendly, multilingual graphic interface simplifies control of the machine
virtually eliminating human inflicted production errors.

Scaled levels of control allow for fully automatic, semi automatic or manual
dyeing process.

Creation and management of the dyeing process recipes have never been easier.
Detailed recipe structure in fully automated mode promise always-equal results.

A proven tension control in addition to automated dosing system guarantee even
dyeing from side to side and from end to end.

The system is designed for multiple machines to be interfaced to a central dye
house computer.



Jig dyeing have become recently the process of choice for many textile mills due
to the demand for shorter dye lots, fast deliveries and higher quality. It is
also the most economical method with liquor ratios between 2:1 and 5:1.

jigmatic™ AT - Atmospheric jig is mostly used to process natural and
regenerated fibers such as cotton, linen, silk, acetate and rayon as well as
some synthetic fibers such as nylon and polyester with the use of carriers.

Automated dosing system addition tanks are equipped with rinse ring and
enclosed coil for heating. A circulation and dosing pump feeds dyes and
chemicals into dye bath according to the recipe loaded by operator.
