CAROVAC-WA WASH ASSIST AND WATER REMOVAL SYSTEM

The CAROVAC-WA Wash-Assist system removes unbound water from moving fabric. It
is used after preparation steamers, between wash boxes, or at any process stage
after the chemical process is complete and excess contaminates need to be
removed. The WA system shortens drying time significantly, and reduces energy
requirements.

CAROVAC NOZZLE

The unique high density UHMW nozzle is extruded and is the heart of the CAROVAC
Vacuum product line. Sealing of the edges is accomplished by a precision edge
guiding system constantly tracking the fabric selvage and automatically sealing
the unused portion of the nozzle. Air is distributed through the fabric, not
around it, thereby insuring uniform moisture removal.

EIR Radiant Drying - The Electric Power Research Institute has called the
