Pullmann - Washer Extractors

Three pocket machines, side loading/ unloading (Pullman type)

for easy loading / unloading due to a big door, ranging from 40kg up to 260kg.

Lapauw washer extractors are built very solid and reliable because they
incorporate in their design following features:

The washer extractors can be heated by indirect steam injection, or by
electrical resistances for machines up to 160kg.

The drum is constructed of 4mm thick stainless steel supported by a transversal
shaft on heavy double SKF bearings which are mounted outside the drum, which
guarantees a high lifetime of the bearings (no danger for contact with water)
and makes them easy to replace if necessary.

The machine requires no special foundation, and is foreseen with 4 suspension
points which is a special designed combined spring and oil damping.

The machine has 1 or 2 motor with frequency inverter controll.

The machine is microprocessor controlled with digital read-out. Process
parameters (water level, temperature, washing times, etc…) can be freely
programmed.
