SIN FON 35-DC - Shuttleless Rapier Dobby Loom::

SIN FON 35-DC Shuttleless Rapier Dobby Weaving Machine is suitable for every
fabrics, variable weft colors, simple geometry structure textiles, major
suitable for weaving bags, plaid, shirt, suit...etc.

Features:

The pattern can be mainly performed by mechanical positive or semi-positive
dobby, up to 8 colors of weft yarns are available. The knife of the positive
dobby is connected with the flat steel lever to rock the heald frame up and
down. The knife of Semi-Positive Dobby is connected with the wire to lift up the
heald frame for high warp shed, but for low warp shed, the heald frame is pulled
back by the spring hanged below the frame.

Electronic controls weft color & quantity selection,partial weft density
increased, detection of the loom stop position, warp stop motion and weft stop
sensor.

The positive take-up motion is as continuous as the let-off motion.

Because of electric positive let-off motion , so the warp can be let-off
continually with the steady tension.

By means of special fiber grippers which have light weight, stiffness and anti
friction. It can run stability at high speed moving on the special rail.
