VERIFAB MODEL SR - Fabric Slitting Rolling And Inspection Machine

The SHELTON Verifab SR, Fabric slitting rolling and inspection machine for
fabric upto 2.5 meters open width, will slit-stretch sensitive and stable
tubular knitted fabrics with or without cutting line from roll or plaited batch
input. The fabric is then opened to full width for inspection prior to rolling
upto cardboard tubes in front or behind operator.



TECHNICAL FEATURES

Precise continuous fabric slitting - Without the need for a needle line.
Adjustable for different fabric widths the system with automatically cut to open
width along the fold line.

Output edge decurling to prevent edge creasing

Full width fabric inspection - With selective viewing options. Viewed with
different screen backgrounds and variale light intensity controls.

External light source - For additional analysis. Optional, standard or
ultraviolet external lighting, additional fabric surface inspection can be
performed.

Calibrated optional length and weight measurements. Fabric roll length and
weight can be taken using industrial standard measuring systems, like Trumeter,
with either mechanical or digital readouts to give consistent fabric
measurements.

Stretch fabric edge control - With de-curling and scroll roller systems.
Controlling the fabric from the slitting stage to re-rolling for accurate roll
edges.

Consistent roll output- With de-curling and scroll roller systems.

Consistent roll output- With overfeed roller, twin rewind rollers and roll
hardness adjustment. Processed rolls are rewound with the minimum amount of
tension and are consistent from roll to roll.

Versatile fabric output- Synchronize with next production operation. These
optional output systems can convert rolls at high speed or directly plait into
dye batch form to synchronize with the next production operation.

100% inspection- With optional data collection and analysis system. With
access to a database of over 30,000 rolls, the system also allows you to carry
out accurate fabric roll analysis to height light common quality problems.
