Color weft selector: Multi color insertion up to 8 different yarns in any
desired sequence with an electronically programmable color selector controlled
by Micro- Processor over a keyboard facility of nine programming & also
looping.

Weft feeding    :Electronic pre feeders with separate coils

Weft insertion: Weft is brought in to the center of the machine with L.H.
Gripper where a R.H. gripper carries it & pulls it out of the other side.
The tapes are guided in the shed with hooks.

Tape control: With toothed wheels operated by timer belts & pulley.

Reed in beat – up position: Operated by slay & crank

Weft density: From 10 to 140 wefts/inch.

Warp let-off: Warp let-off motion & the backrest roller system of the
Dynamic Loom Shiva DR II guarantee uniform warp tension from full to Empty beam
Any fluctuations in tension are automatically compensated. Hand wheel for manual
adjustments. 

Fabric Take-up: Even continuous cloth take-up, Pick change merely by changing a
gear pinion.

Shedding motion: Negative cam dobby of 16 & 20 shaft by peg & lattice /
paper card Cam shedding up to 6 shaft (Jacquard shedding can be adopted)

Selvedge: Binding of the 2 threads with leno doup device.

Weft control: Piezoelectric feeler with high sensitivity.

Warp control: Electric warp stop motion to 6 rows and/or Infrared warp stop
motion.

Fabric Winding: On small beam up to 450 mm diameter

Lubrication: Centralized lubrication

Waste uptake: Mechanical uptake of the waste selvedge & their deposits in a
Small Container.
