Model : Texjet 156 - Digital Flag Printing Machine
The Texjet® 156 is a digital flag printing machine which employs inkjet
technology to directly print on fabric. At 300 dpi, the CMYK full-colour process
delivers a print quality not achievable by the traditional silkscreen process.
Moreover, single items and small quantities can be printed at unprecedented low
costs due to the lack of expenses formerly associated with film and screen. The
machine has been designed to handle the most detailed and complicated colour
effects. What You See on screen is What You Get on fabric with the Texjet® 156.
The initial phases of the printing process occur on the PC or the Mac with
software such as Corel Draw, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc. Simple designs
may be printed from the PC, with a printer driver, in precisely the same way as
it would be done with a desktop inkjet printer. More complex or large size
images may be processed using the RIP Copymodule PRO, a hardware option
specifically developed for the Texjet® 156.
Wide, Long and Sharp Printing
The Texjet® 156s main feature is the machines textile spindle with a maximum
width of 2 metres which can load rolls of fabric with a length of up to 200
metres. Printing speed varies between 12 and 30 square metres per hour
(depending on picture, software, print quality, etc.). The current maximum
printing width is 150 cm. By means of Thermal Inkjet Printing specially
developed sublimation inks are directly applied onto synthetic textile
materials. The Anti-Bleeding System ensures razor-sharp lines and contours.
Next, the image can be fixated by means of our heated flat bed press, the Peko®
1030, or on our heat rotation system, the Sublifix® 200, resulting in washproof
and ultraviolet light resistant flags and banners, commercial flyers, etc. A
major advantage of the Texjet® 156 are its environmentally friendly properties.
Recommended fabrics do not require any pre- or post treatments and the Texjet®
156 utilises water-based organic inks. Since each print is ready on demand,
waste products are restricted to an absolute minimum.
