The FRC-T is designed for dyeing treatments of ready-made garments of woven or knitted garment.

The machine is fitted with a high speed centrifuge (600 RPM) incorporating an
automatic self-balancing system which operates through the introduction of water into the beaters in the drum. This system guarantees perfect machine stability even in the high speed centrifugation phase.

The special perforation of the treatment drum and the shape of the beaters guarantee a perfectly even distribution of the bath through the garments. The beaters are also designed to move the material around in the drum to allow for
perfect treatment. The drum support consists of a special system of seals and bearings which is highly resistant to heat and mechanical stress, normal conditions for the machine in the centrifuge phase. Furthermore, this unit is equipped with a special lubrication system which maintains the bearings in perfect working order. The unit is mounted on a support shaft made from a special single cast material. The above-mentioned technology makes it possible for the machine to optimally and efficiently support the physical-mechanical stress which is typical of centrifugation over an extended period of time.

The machine features variable drum speed, precentrifuge speed at 160 RPM,with centrifugal speed which can be set from 200m to 600 RPM and times which can be programmed through the industrial PC, double tilt system for loading and
unloading the garments, product preparation tanks with automatic feed pump,pneumatic door opening and closing action, same for the sampling window installed in the middle of the main door, volumetric litre-counter, double drive
motor (one for rotating the drum, the other for the centrifuge phase).

Moreover, the machine is equipped with:

- indirect heating and cooling by means of an external heat exchanger;

- bath circulation pump;

- removable filter;

- drum divided into compartments with special rotating door;

- automatic salt dissolving unit;

- product metering system;

- automatic pH value control and correction device;

- colour kitchen connected to the bath circulation system and complete with
tanks for preparation and introduction of dyestuffs;

- sampling window for testing samples located above the main door.

Also, for dyeing very delicate fabrics, the drum and the compartment divider
(if installed) can be made from special stainless steel with a mirror-like
surface and a special "embossed" perforation system. This system
prevents the risk of abrasion or pulled threads and facilitates the penetration
of the bath through the material.

The movable internal part, which consists of the drum and the treatment shell,
is installed on the machines fixed extremely robust outer bearing structure.
